Who can join Building NCW?
Membership is open to any business connected to the building industry plus small businesses and community partners that support growth in North Central Washington. Builders, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, designers, trades, real estate professionals, lenders, insurers, and service providers all belong here.
What does membership cost?
Building NCW offers three membership types: Individual, Affiliate, and Business. Annual dues vary by type and company size. Call the office at 509-273-2569 or email danielle@buildingncw.org for current rates and to find the right fit.
What do members get?
Members receive advocacy on local building policy, a listing in the member directory, referrals, member pricing and sponsorship priority at every signature event, education and safety resources, networking at monthly meetings and mixers, and discounts through the National Purchasing Partners program.
How do I get listed in the member directory?
Every member in good standing is listed in the Building NCW online member directory. Once your application and dues are received and approved, your business profile, contact details, and category listing go live for homeowners searching for a local pro.
When and where are meetings and mixers?
Building NCW hosts member meetings, mixers, and education sessions throughout the year in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, and around the Wenatchee Valley. Dates, times, and locations are posted on the Building NCW event calendar.
How do I become an event sponsor?
Sponsorships are available for the Wenatchee Home Show, Chelan Home Tour, Chefs on Tour, the annual Home Tour, and both golf tournaments. Submit a sponsorship inquiry through the contact form or call 509-273-2569 and Danielle will send the packet for the event you want.
What counties do you serve?
Building NCW serves Chelan County, Douglas County, and Okanogan County, including Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Chelan, Leavenworth, Cashmere, and the surrounding North Central Washington communities.
